If there is news or forecast about poor weather, before your event, we will definitely contact you. However, we tend to wait until the night before or the morning of your function since the weather reports could be changed in a matter of minutes. Similarly, if the chance of rain is 40% or lower, it is your discretion to carry on or cancel the event. The cancellation of reservation must be initiated before our arrival for the delivery.

In the same way, if the rain prediction is over 60% or winds forecast is above 30 km/h or temperature is below 5 degrees or even in case of thunderstorms, we have the authority to cancel the reservation and we opt to do it only if there is no else choice to avoid any threat of injury to people around or damage to equiptment.
